What is STM ?
STM (Science, Technical & Medical) Journals is an international electronic journals - an ambitious initiative of the Consortium e-Learning Network Private Ltd., (CELNET), Noida, INDIA. It is meant to facilitate a cost effective access to the quality research findings through the publication of online quality scholarly journals.
Why STM Journals ?
Undoubtedly, no institution (special reference to S & T) is complete without an adequate Library, and no Library is complete without stacking/ giving access to relevant journals. In the present context, it is more relevant owing to higher level of R& D activities and the consequent publication of primary research findings. Governments and other regulatory bodies too, realizing the need and use of higher level S &T publications, in general and the online e-periodicals in particular, have come forward to support and encourage the publication of and subscription of scholarly journals.
STM Journals (CELNET, India)
STM Platform integrates online publication of around 40 learned scientific journals. It attempts to cluster important domains presenting a bouquet of journals under the STM tag. Its coverage remains open for new arrivals that fit in under this umbrella. It is an ambitious initiative of the Consortium e-Learning Network Private Ltd. (CELNET), Noida, India. It attempts to facilitate a cost effective access to the quality research findings in the aforesaid domains.
Experience and expertise
Management of STM Journals has around a decade rich experience in the scholarly scientific journals’ publishing. We find ourselves as one of the pioneers in the domains of scientific e- learning and e-publishing in India. Employing elaborate experience of content development, efficiently running distance participation programs, successful publication of the ‘NanoTrends: A Journal of Nanotechnology and Its Applications’ and with improved infrastructure, CELNET has now embarked upon the present aforesaid ambitious initiative.
